At G-MAX Nutrition, we are committed to delivering your supplements as fast as possible so you never miss a workout. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

01. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM IST will be dispatched the following business day.

02. Delivery Timeframes

We ship pan-India from our warehouse in Delhi. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Remote, hilly, or far-flung locations may take more than 4 business days depending on courier availability.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or public holidays beyond our control.

04. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or email with a tracking number and real-time tracking link.

  • Tracking info may take 6–12 hours to update after dispatch.
  • Track your order under My Account → Orders on our website.
  • For assistance, contact our support team with your order ID.

05. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update.
  • Wait an additional 2 business days as minor delays are common.
  • Still not arrived? Email support@gmaxnutrition.com with your order ID.

Lost in transit: If confirmed lost by the courier, we will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

06. Incorrect Delivery Address

Ensure your address is complete and accurate when placing your order. G-MAX Nutrition is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

To correct an address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@gmaxnutrition.com.

07. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

  • Do not accept delivery if the outer box is severely damaged.
  • If already accepted, photograph the damage immediately.
  • Email support@gmaxnutrition.com with photos and order ID within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

08. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid via UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or wallets at checkout.
