ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? You can request a modification or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@gmaxnutrition.com with your order ID. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS immediately after your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Is it safe to make payments on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship across India? Yes, we ship pan-India. We are based in Delhi and deliver to all states and union territories across the country.

Do you ship internationally? No, we currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery across most of India takes 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders being delivered to remote or far-flung locations may take more than 4 business days depending on courier availability and accessibility of the delivery area.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track your order in real time. You can also track it under My Account → Orders on our website.

What if my order is delayed? If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If there is no update for more than 2 business days beyond the expected delivery date, contact us at support@gmaxnutrition.com with your order ID and we will raise a complaint with our courier partner immediately.

Are G-MAX Nutrition products safe to consume? Yes. All G-MAX Nutrition products are lab tested, FSSAI certified, and manufactured under strict quality control standards. We use clean, research-backed ingredients with no unnecessary fillers or additives.

Are your products suitable for beginners? Yes, our products are suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes. If you are new to supplements, we recommend consulting a nutritionist or fitness professional to understand the right product and dosage for your goals.

Which product is right for me? Here is a quick guide based on your goal:

Do your products contain any banned substances? No. G-MAX Nutrition products do not contain any substances banned by WADA or NADA. All ingredients used are legal and compliant with Indian food safety regulations.

Are your products vegetarian? Please refer to the individual product label for vegetarian/non-vegetarian information as it varies by product. Each product page on our website also contains full ingredient and dietary information.

What flavours are available? Available flavours are listed on each individual product page. Flavour availability may vary depending on stock. If a specific flavour is out of stock, you can contact us to know when it will be restocked.

How should I store my supplements? Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always ensure the lid is tightly closed after use. Do not refrigerate unless specifically mentioned on the label.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept return and replacement requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible cases such as wrong product delivered or damaged/tampered packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Can I return a product if I don't like the flavour? No. We do not accept returns based on flavour preference or change of mind. We encourage you to check the product description and flavour details carefully before placing your order.

What if I received the wrong product? If you received a different product, flavour, or size than what you ordered, contact us at support@gmaxnutrition.com within 14 days of delivery with your order ID and a photograph of the product received. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my product arrived damaged? If your product arrived with a broken seal, damaged packaging, or appears tampered with, contact us immediately — ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Send photographs of the product and packaging to support@gmaxnutrition.com and we will arrange a replacement promptly.

How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience on future purchases.
